“Oh-Weed”… Method Man and Redman Fire Up The Denver 420 Crowd

The show was packed and the crowd ready to party.  After a long and glorious day of  smoking dank dabs, Snoop sized blunts, and rejoicing over the liberalization [at least in two states] of the cannabis plant. The Denver 420 crowd was elevated and ready to kick off a chronic evening of smoke filled celebrations.

Method Man – Rockin’ the event favorite WeedMaps ’4:20 T’s – was bouncing high as he was handed joints from the crowd to help kickoff the evenings festivities.

Marijuana Apps For Smokers On The Road

WeedMap’s is a one-stop source for finding the best medical marijuana collectives in your community. Not only does it allow patients to interact with other patients on their community forums, thereby gaining valuable information that they may not ordinarily have, like access to information on local NORML events, ASA events and other pro-420 activities. It also provides a platform for broad-based dissemination of user information, providing an online voice for the patients to review the meds, the budtenders and the overall experience on the collectives they visit. Thereby giving an insider’s perspective to the uneducated first time patients or one’s that never have been to that collective before.

In addition to the community forms there is an area on WeedMaps where people entrenched in the medical marijuana community can easily find potential jobs… and/or roommates, that are copacetic with the 420 lifestyle.

I might point out, as someone that travels a lot; that one of my favorite tools while on the road is my WeedMaps iPhone application. An incredibly effective and functional tool when you’re out and about, in such a large state as California, fearing to travel with large quantities of meds – while needing uninterrupted access. The WeedMaps marijuana iPhone application geolocates your current location and shows you all the collectives that are in your immediate proximity. It also displays the different coupons that are available in the participating MMJ collectives – for their strain specials of the day. It then gives you exact written directions leading directly to their doorstep.

Is your California prop 215 marijuana doctors recommendation about to run out (or any MMJ state)? From the WeedMaps iPhone application, you can easily click on the doctor’s icon, and it will do the same for SB 420 compassionate care doctors, as it does for the medical marijuana collectives. It clearly shows ‘Google style’ map icons locating the nearest doctors, which will help you begin the process in gaining the protection of your states medical marijuana recommendation.

In a day and age of overpriced technology, one of the more stunning things about the WeedMaps iPhone app is its cost… Free! The only thing you need is an iPhone with internet access and you’re good to start searching, reviewing and enjoying all of the great giveaways and discounts that both WeedFreebies and WeedMaps ‘ Deals’ giveaway on a routine basis.

In addition to the collective locator, daily deals coupons, WeedMaps TV dispensary review videos and the ability to bookmark your favorite collectives for easy retrieval; you can now easily access all of WeedMaps social media network from the bottom of their iPhone app. So whether you would like to share photos of your latest harvest, or be kept up-to-date on the freshest medical marijuana news… WeedMaps is there for you.

That’s right ladies and gentlemen… it time to Hit’em High … And Let’em Fly

Sign up today and play a heady round of golf  while almost a mile high… in this wonderful Colorado Scramble event. All while helping the medical marijuana community put an end to the needles anguish of those who suffer with Multiple Sclerosis. What could be better? The event will be a “Colorado Scramble.” Which is code for… we’re here to have a good time and raise some cash to fight M.S.  This format is a hybrid of the NORML scramble events that we’ve all played in before. The primary difference is that each player is required to use 2 of their “drives” during the round of golf, instead of just one.

For those that have never played in a “scramble” before…

The term refers to the fact that all four golfers on the team will get to tee off on each hole. Then based on the location of the shot, the players on the team will be allowed to decide which tee shot they like the best. As a means of taking the “fun level” up a notch, and giving all a chance to make “The Shot” — your fellow team members can now retrieve their golf balls and place them inside a “one club” length of the chosen tee shot.

Following this process on every shot for the entire 18 holes, including putts – is pretty much what scramble golf is all about. Once on the green, every player’s ball should be marked – again, the ball with the best position is chosen. All four players need to place their ball’s within 3 inches of the marked spot (without being closer to the hole). The first medicated golfer who gets their ball in the “cup” is put down as the team score.

Clinic charity golf classic times:

It Will Be a Shotgun Start:  The Groups will tee off concurrently from all 18 holes on the course. You can start to check in at 6:30am, head over to the driving range. Hit a few balls until about 7:00 am … then Tee off at 7:15am.

The Clinic Charity Golf Classic awards ceremony will occur at roughly 1:00pm… following the stoney round of golf.

 Cost of  giving back:

So just how much does is cost to participate you ask? …  Well, it’s $105 per player; or $420 (of course) per Golf team Package: – This cost will include your round of 18 holes of Golf… with a cart.  Entry to contests: Longest Drive competition, for both men and women. A closest to the pin competition, as well as the obligatory putting contest.

In addition to all of this 420 fun, there will be a “Beat the Pro” hole, a Hole-In-One competition and 420 golf prizes for; 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams. Don’t be late… get your AM snacks, hit a few balls (and some rips) then head out and enjoy the day. When all is said and done, kick back and enjoy the evening BBQ and raffle event along with the awards ceremony and prize giveaway.
